FALL 2021 FASHION TRENDS: COMFY, COZY KNITWEAR
Be ready when cooler weather arrives. It may come a bit later here in southwest Florida, but a hint does show up eventually, and we’ll be all about the knitwear when it does.
Elevated, oversized cable-knit sweaters, dresses will be all the rage this season, with lines from Fendi, Chanel Etro, and more delivering snuggle-worthy looks. Anthropologie serves up a cable-knit pant set in simple white this season. (Winter whites, anyone?). Up your sweater game with a cardigan from Chanel, a St. John turtleneck, or possibly a nice bold color tie-in with a tie-dye cashmere sweater from The Elder Statesman.
Try out the sweater vest this fall in exciting patterns and shapes. This one was supposed to be all the rage last year, but does a Zoom call really show off the goods? We were all pretty much still reaching for our sweatpants at that point anyway.
